Canadia Tower or OCIC Tower
Canadia Tower or OCIC Tower will be now the tallest occupied structure in Phnom Penh City. The building has 29 storeys (Height: 111.75 M).
Even though with a little delay, the grand opening ceremony is expected before 2010.
De Castle Diamond
The 18-storey De Castle Diamond is finished, expected around the end of this year or beginning of next, it will be the largest condominium complex in the capital, with 178 units set on 2,500 square meters of land.

Gold Tower 42
Located on Monivong Blvd and in middle heart of Phnom Penh, the construction of Gold Tower has been started and the first 12 floors have been promised to be completed by the end of 2009.

Wow! That's really cool and hopefully I will be able to see the finished projects. Man Hun Sen was slacking for sure and now finally after his 10? years as PM, he finally says "Hey I need to build the country up!" Watch out for human rights watchers!
don"t be cool dude. this is pure capitalism. these investors or speculators are out to make big bucks and fill hun se and his cries pockets along the way. if they make money then hun makes moneys; human rights is not his priority, making his cronies and himself rich are his priorities.
