Foreigners could own properties in Cambodia?
The law being drafted by the goverment will allow foreigners to have ownerships on house apartment, condo etc.. But it is limitted off to own land properties.
If it comes to reality, it will be a good news for some foreigners who are interesting and searching in buying the properties in Cambodia. This also ease to push the growing of real estate sector development.
